We’ve been working closely with the team over the past few months and are quite grateful they were able to visit and execute basketball camps at a few of the schools. 🏀🐻‍❄️

Hello Friends of Katimavik Suites!
There is a lot in the news about Corona-Virus and we just want you to know that we take health and safety very seriously. We want to protect all of our guests and staff in the best way we can. We continue to follow recommended procedures for sanitation in our industry including repeated hand washing and surface sterilization. As an extra measure of protection, all door k***s, remote controls, telephones and light switches are being sterilized regularly, as well as all other high-traffic surfaces.
All of our guests and employees can rest easy knowing that we are taking every precaution necessary.

The Inuksuk is a symbol with deep roots in the Inuit culture, a directional marker that signifies safety, hope and friendship. The word inuksuk means "something which acts for or performs the function of a person." Rankin Inlet inuksuk is a classic example of this remarkable symbol.

Did you know that Purple Saxifrage is the official territorial flower of Nunavut. The beautiful purple-to-lilac coloured flowers of this creeping, ground hugging plant are often the first flowers to appear in the spring. Purple saxifrages, called ‘aupaluktunnguat’ in Inuktitut, are the most northerly flowering plants in the world!
