FULL TIME NIGHT AUDITOR POSITION

Super 8 Red Lake is looking for Full Time or Part Time Night Auditor to join our team.

Night Audit shifts will be from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Night Auditor's responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Balancing daily transactions
Processing reservations, check ins and check outs
Handling guest complains and requests in a effective and professional manner
Keeping Front desk area clean and tidy
Preparing board room and Conference room.
Starting breakfast
And any other duties assigned by manager.

Preference will be given to applicant with previous hotel experience. However, willing to train right candidate with good work ethics.

Pay will be $17 to $18 per hour depending on experience and availability.

Front desk agent is responsibility includes but not limited to
1. Providing excellent customer service
2. Processing guest reservations and requests
3. Ensuring payments are handled accurately within guidelines.
4. Keeping the lobby and front desk areas clean and tidy.
5. Providing information about meeting and conference room and booking upon guests requests.
6. Seeking direct or indirect opportunity from guest to ensure revenue goals are met.
7. Assisting other departments when required.

Applicant must be willing to work both front desk and housekeeping to meet business requirements.

Cash handling
Telephone ethics
Applicant must also have knowledge on housekeeping department.
