Monashee Lodge is hiring housekeepers for the summer season. Duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, sanitizing, vacuuming and washing floors. Rate of pay $19-22 per hour depending on experience. Experience not necessary, will train. All shifts start between 9-10 and finish when all rooms are ready for incoming guests. We are hiring housekeepers. No experience needed. Just a willingness to learn. We are a family run property. Come work with us. We offer flexible hours. Work as little as 3 hours a shift to 7 hours. All duties involved in cleaning rooms:
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
Dusting and sanitizing all high touch points.
Making and changing bed linens
Restocking amenities
Washing and vacuuming floors
Interacting with guests in a positive manner
Other duties as assigned

Must be honest and reliable with high standards in regards to cleanliness. Self motivated and able to work alone with supervision. Report deficiencies or missing items to manager

Number of hours per week determined by needs of business. Must be available 7 days a week. Schedule flexible. Daytime hours starting at 9 am. Permanent position.

Experience not necessary but a willingness to work and learn is.

Dust and sanitize all furniture and high touch point areas following Public Health Office guidelines.
Vacuum carpet and wash floors. Wash windows and mirrors.
Restock towels and amenities as needed.
Report missing or damaged items.
Need friendly out going personality to interact with guests as required.
Must be presentable in appearance. Must be honest, responsible and reliable. Experience not necessary but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
This job requires repetitive tasks such as bending and lifting. Time management and the ability to work with others or alone is key. Must be conscientious of your surroundings and have an eye for details. Focus is to provide guests with a clean, comfortable stay.
Must be able to work weekends and weekdays.
