There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, full fridge with freezer, mircowave, full size dishwasher and full size stacking washer and dryer. The Dinning area has seating for 8 people and is open to the kitchen space. The large living room has plenty of comfy seating and has a 55" flatscreen smart TV with cable. There are 2 access exterior doors, so off street parking in the back driveway is as convenient as walking down the stairs to the front of the building right on Mackenzie Avenue.
