The Space:
Amazing location where all the shops, restaurants, and bars are all within steps. Only a 10 minute drive (or less) to Revelstoke Mountain Resort for downhill mountain biking, hiking, mountain coasters, climbing towers and more. This large 1200 sq ft apartment encompasses the entire upper floor of one of Revelstoke's more iconic, historical buildings that make up the charming downtown core. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, full fridge with freezer, mircowave, full size dishwasher and full size stacking washer and dryer. The Dinning area has seating for 8 people and is open to the kitchen space. The large living room has plenty of comfy seating and has a 55" flatscreen smart TV with cable. There are 2 access exterior doors, so off street parking in the back driveway is as convenient as walking down the stairs to the front of the building right on Mackenzie Avenue.
