Meet Rob “Moose” Ley | Ski Tech, gear whisperer, karaoke regular, and one of the legends behind the lodge magic at Mica.

From perfectly tuned skis and well-loved gear brought back to life, to bluegrass jams, karaoke ballads, and endless good vibes, Moose has been quietly shaping the Mica experience for over six years.

As one teammate put it: when Moose loves something, we all naturally love it too. 🫎

Known as Moose here (and only here), his story is as good as the nickname.

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to help support operations at our remote, backcountry lodge north of Revelstoke, BC. This is a hands-on role in a truly one-of-a-kind setting for a full-time, year-round position with shift-based scheduling.

What you'll do:
-Maintain and repair lodge infrastructure, vehicles, equipment, and facilities
-Support ongoing upgrades and preventative maintenance projects
-Work closely with our Maintenance Manager and lodge team
