The Pork Tomahawk is already proving to be a favourite from our menu. A 12oz chop finished with tamari chilli emulsion, fresh watercress and bright yuzu vinaigrette.

As Chef Clement Chan puts it, it’s all about the balance of rich pork, a touch of heat and a fresh lift from the yuzu.
