We were thrilled to have Mr & Mrs Balloon stay with us on their Wedding Night. Our Towel Artists made a special welcome for them when they returned for the night.

When checking out, they said they felt like they were floating on air in one of our Penthouse Suites.

After a 9 year absence, the Kaiwo Maru returns to Richmond's Ship to Shore on May 2nd and 3rd from 10am-5pm. The Kaiwo Maru is one of the largest Tall Ships of the World. This free family friendly event for all celebrates Richmond's rich maritime past with dockside entertainment and where the ship can be viewed up close.

This is Panda. He's been hanging out with us in the hotel after losing his humans. Yesterday, he decided to see if he could help.

In the morning he put a headset on and took reservation calls. He talked to many people excited to bring their plushies on a trip! By the end of the morning Panada decided there was toooo many buttons to push and went for a walk.

Panda found the kitchen where Chef cut some fresh sliced fruit to renew his energy for the afternoon.

After lunch, Panda hung out with our Housekeeping Supervisor to make sure rooms were being cleaned and ready for all the plushies checking in.

At the end of a hard day, Panda was thirsty and stopped by the lounge for a celebratory drink.
