On commence les festivités avec notre 5 à 7 au bar extérieur, suivi de notre première soirée de discothèque du week-end!

Dès 22h, DJ Henrique prend le contrôle de la soirée pour notre Spooky Black Gear Party. Sortez vos plus beaux outfits NOIRS et venez réveiller les esprits et les fantômes du Plein Bois! 👻🖤

🎃 SAMEDI – LA GROSSE JOURNÉE

On commence la journée avec un Pool Party en compagnie de DJ Rémi Trottier! ☀️💦🎶

We’re kicking off the festivities with our 5 to 7 at the outdoor bar, followed by our first nightclub party of the weekend!

Starting at 10 PM, DJ Henrique takes over for our Spooky Black Gear Party. Bring out your best BLACK outfits and come awaken the spirits and ghosts of Plein Bois! 👻🖤

🎃 SATURDAY – THE BIG DAY

We’ll start the day with a Pool Party featuring DJ Rémi Trottier! ☀️💦🎶

Then join us for our 5 to 7 at the outdoor bar, along with a BBQ featuring hot dogs for only $1! 🌭🍻

Want to enjoy the Halloween atmosphere but prefer relaxing around a nice fire? On Saturday night, we’ll also have a gathering fire near the outdoor bar while the party continues at the nightclub.

It’ll be the perfect place to get together, chat, relax and enjoy a beautiful evening under the stars with a spooky Halloween atmosphere! 🔥👻🌙

🎤 SUNDAY

We’ll wrap up this big weekend with our 5 to 7, followed by Karaoke at the nightclub from 10 PM to 1 AM. One last chance to sing, dance and enjoy the weekend! 🎶🎤

As tradition goes, we’ll also be holding our Halloween decorating contests:

Vos principales responsabilités
Accueillir les campeurs à leur arrivée et effectuer les départs;

Informer les campeurs sur les services, les installations et les activités du camping;
Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle;
Répondre aux demandes et assurer une expérience agréable aux campeurs;

Profil recherché
Nous recherchons une personne :

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and reliable person to join our team as a Weekend Receptionist at the campground reception desk.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome campers upon arrival and process check-outs;
Handle reservations and payments;
Answer telephone calls and emails;
Provide campers with information about campground services, facilities, and activities;
Provide excellent customer service;
Respond to campers’ requests and ensure a pleasant experience;
Perform other related duties necessary for the smooth operation of the reception desk.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, welcoming, and courteous;
Comfortable interacting with the public;
Organized, responsible, and reliable;
Able to work independently and handle multiple requests at the same time;
An effective communicator;
Comfortable using computers and communication tools;
Bilingual in French and English, or able to communicate effectively in English.
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or the tourism industry is an asset.

🎉 Petit changement de programmation pour ce week-end!

Comme vous l'avez probablement remarqué, nous avons dû apporter quelques ajustements à la programmation prévue. Ce n'est jamais une décision que nous prenons à la légère, mais parfois certains imprévus nous obligent à nous adapter.

Pour éviter toute confusion, le 40e anniversaire du Camping Plein Bois n'était pas prévu cette année, mais bien en 2027. Rassurez-vous, nous sommes déjà à préparer une célébration qui sera à la hauteur de cet important anniversaire et nous avons très hâte de la vivre avec vous l'an prochain! 🎉
