Part 1: Our final summer-to-fall adventure! 🍂☀️

We set off for the incredible Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in southern Alberta, and were treated to the perfect day.

The sun was behind clouds, there was no wind (something that only happens about 14% of the time here!), and the cool temperatures made exploring the trails and exhibits especially enjoyable.

Located about 4 hours from 7 Tails Guest Ranch, it's definitely a full-day excursion, but absolutely worth the drive.

The stunning prairie views, rich Indigenous history, and unforgettable landscapes make this one of Alberta's must-see destinations.

Before the sun shows itself, the valley is already awake in hues of red. Deer move through the meadow, frost clings to the grass, and the trees stand still as if listening. And somewhere there's 7 horses...but where?

Nothing says good morning like beautiful Bailey horse relaxing in the warmth of the morning sun, fall colors waking up before her and the mountains stretching out in quiet gold.
It’s the kind of start to the day that makes you want to breathe deep, and wander into the season.
