Please be advised that the Bonfield Landfill will be closed on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

As the Township remains under a State of Emergency, our staff are currently deployed at full capacity addressing urgent recovery efforts. At this time, we are unable to safely staff the landfill. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we prioritize the safety of our community and staff during this ongoing situation.

Update : we made a rough path so you can get in and out, take It easy. Going through is rough. Electricity is still off, dont have an update for that yet.

It is not possible to get in or out of our campground by vehicle. The washout is quite bad. We will keep you posted. Electricity is still off.

Update-planned outage is cancelled for tomorrow as we are without power at the moment, due to a bad storm we are experiencing!

Hydro One will have a planned outage this Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 9 AM til 1 PM. This affects our campground and marina.

So far, this is still going to happen. If there is a change, I will update it.
