What a night 🍷

We had an incredible time hosting Director Thomas Webb from Thelema Mountain Vineyards for a truly memorable tasting. From fascinating conversations about emerging wine trends and thoughtful approaches to production and organic farming, to amazing sharing plates and plenty of laughter—this was exactly what wine nights are all about.

Great wine, great food, and even better company.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening so special. We can’t wait to do it again.

This year‘s makeover project was one of our deluxe king rooms, Room 5. It was beautiful before, with 200-year-old wood beams, tub and balcony overlooking the harbour, but it was lacking something to tie the whole space together. New white washed floors, updated romantic finishes and furniture did the trick. Little touches like crystal champagne flutes, and whiskey & cocktail bar cart, romantic lighting, and a full kitchen mean you never have to leave your room if you don’t want to. !

This one’s currently on my favs list! Seared Atlantic Salmon in a spicy red Thai curry broth. Served over a bed of rice noodles, this one’s got all the flavours…coconut, lemongrass, lime kaffir. Perfectly paired with my glass of organic riesling!
