Hi Folks,
Glow Skating is back at the W. C. O’Neill Arena Complex and this season, we’re turning things up a notch! 🎉
We’ve added MORE dates, MORE lights, and a different THEME for every Glow Skate! ✨
But here’s the thing... we need YOU to help make these nights as fun as possible! Each theme is an invitation to dress up, get creative, bring your friends and family, and join in on the fun. The more people who participate, the better these nights will be!
Here’s what we have planned:
🎃 October 30 – Halloween
We’re kicking things off with a spooky night at the arena! We’ll decorate for Halloween, play some Halloween favourites, and everyone is encouraged to come dressed in their spookiest costume! 👻🕷️
💖 November 20 – Taylor Swift Night
Calling all Swifties! 🎤✨ We’ll be playing a mix of Taylor Swift songs from across the eras, along with some other favourites. Wear your friendship bracelets, dress as your favourite era, and get ready to sing along!
🏰 December 4 – Disney on Ice
A little Disney magic is coming to Glow Skating! ✨ Come dressed as your favourite Disney character and skate along to some Disney classics mixed in with our regular Glow Skate music. Princesses, superheroes, villains, Pixar characters, anything Disney goes!
🎄 December 18 – Holiday Glow
Break out the Christmas sweaters, Santa hats, reindeer antlers and holiday outfits! 🎅🎄 We’ll have the arena glowing for Christmas with festive music mixed in throughout the night.
📼 January 15 – 80s Night
We’re going back to the 80s! 🕺 Neon colours, leg warmers, headbands and big hair are highly encouraged. We’ll have some classic 80s hits playing while you glow around the rink!
❄️ January 29 – Winter Warmer Glow Skate – FREE!
Glow Skating meets Winter Warmer! 🌟 This special Glow Skate will be part of our Winter Warmer festivities and admission is FREE! Come out and have your face painted and get some tattoos, light up the rink and help us make it one of the biggest Glow Skates of the season!
📻 February 5 – 90s & 2000s
Which decade had the better music?! 👀 Pick your side and dress the part! We’ll be playing hits from the 90s and 2000s all night long. Bonus points if your outfit makes us feel like we’ve travelled back in time!
💡 February 19 – NEON NIGHT
This is the night to go ALL OUT! Wear your brightest neon colours, glow accessories and anything that will light up under the arena lights. The brighter the crowd, the better the rink will look!
🌴 March 5 – March Break Glow
We’re wrapping up the season with a March Break party on the ice! 🎉 Grab your friends, dress fun and colourful, and help us finish off our Glow Skating season with a great night!
