"The place is incredibly beautiful and has a wonderful view. The hosts have thoughtfully provided almost anything imaginable that anyone could want. The housekeeping was exceptional, the place was spotless.The saltwater pool was great to sit around or take a swim. We certainly will have great memories of our stay. "This place is amazing! The views are gorgeous and the villa is extraordinary. We stayed two weeks and experienced most everything on island and most is within a 20 minute drive. The wildlife is an added bonus with the iguanas and monkeys! Absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying on St Maarten". - Dwayne

Babbit Point, seen here from the Villa, is a natural area that has trails providing some nice views of the coast, the Atlantic and over Oyster Pond.
It is about a 30min walk from the Villa or a 5 min drive.
Perhaps you will run into our donkey friends that wander the area!
