3 to 6 Month rental opportunity in St. Martins, New Brunswick on the Bay of Fundy this winter.

I am looking to rent my furnished 3 Bedroom, 1 bath + laundry room Beachside upper apartment this winter.
Includes all utilities + Bell Fibe TV and also Bell high speed internet..
Incredible views of the Bay and incredible Sunrises can be seen all winter directly out of the windows in 2 bedrooms and the living room.
Large open kitchen and Wrap around Deck.
Steps to the best beach.
Fully furnished!
You bring your own bedding and towels.

1 block to the grocery store and to the Irving gas station.
There is A restaurant next door open many days throughout the winter and Old Molly's Bar across the street open Thursday to Sunday all winter.

Me and my Golden retriever, Oliver live in a completely separate downstairs apartment.

Looking for minimum 3 months up to 5-6 months.
Can be available as early as December 20th.
Can stay as late as June 20th.

I finaly installed this bench I made over the winter.
The planks were cut from the tree stump on the right..dried for a year and then i epoxied them over the winter.
It can be seen here on Main Street in St. Martins

Spalted yellow birch coffee table/bench with Bay of Fundy stones encased in clear epoxy.

I had the most incredible trip to Newfoundland from May 16th to May 23rd 2026.
With many attractions not yet open for the season it opened many opertunities for Boondocking/ Free camping. I even included a great spot in Sydney Nova Scotia near the ferry.

I also discovered great places not normally advertised that were well worth checking out. Its a long video but full of great information and great Music from the 2 bands I play in.

From Port aux Basques to gross mourne to St. Anthony and L'ance aux meadows, to the Arches Provincial Park, Western Brook Pond boat tour, to Twinlingate, to Glassy Beach and Brent's cove and La Scie...to Corner Brook, Blow me down and bottle cove...to Cape St. George and La Boutte Du Cape to Port aux Basques.
