Hello everyone,

Just a quick update as we head into the season.

We’re not currently open, as we’re still completing construction on our accommodations within the Longhouse. Because of this, the brewery isn’t open for regular service just yet. That said, we’ve been brewing behind the scenes and are looking forward to welcoming you back full-time as soon as we can. As soon as we have a reopening date, we’ll share it right away.

In the meantime, we know many of you are eager to get back in, so we’re hosting a one-night pop-up on Monday, April 27 with live music by Selina Boland (see poster below).

Event details:
- Doors open at 3 PM
- Live music starts at 7 PM
- Food service available until 7:30 PM
- No tickets required! First come, first served for seating

Just a reminder that this is a one-day event only. We’ll be closed again afterward as construction continues.

We’ve also been receiving inquiries about room bookings. At this time, we are not taking room reservations for this year.

🍻 Brewery Update 🍻

It’s been a little quiet around here lately, and we definitely miss seeing familiar faces in this space.

We just want to remind everyone that we’re currently closed while construction continues on our accommodations within the longhouse.

We’ll share updates here as information becomes available, including details about reopening, when rooms are expected to be available for booking, and how to book once everything is complete. If you’d like to stay in the loop, be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for future announcements.

While we’re closed to the public, brewing continues behind the scenes as we prepare for reopening. 🍺

As we head into this next chapter, we just want to say thank you 🤍

To everyone who has walked through our doors, shared a drink with friends, supported us, and helped make Salvaje Brewing Co. what it is. We are so incredibly grateful! This community means everything to us, and we truly couldn’t do it without your support.

While we take some time away from regular service, please know we’ll be working hard behind the scenes. This break gives us the chance to get everything just right, including bringing Little Denier Light and Damnable Ale back so everyone who’s been eagerly waiting can enjoy them again, and making sure we’re fully stocked and ready when we reopen 🍻

❄️Winter Update ❄️

As of December 21st, we’ll be wrapping up our regular season at the brewery.

Sunday, December 21st will be our last day open, and we’ll be closed starting December 22nd for the winter months.

Final week hours:
Wednesday–Thursday: 4:00–7:30 PM
Friday–Sunday: 9:00 AM–7:30 PM

Just a friendly reminder that this Friday will be our last Wing Night until we reopen 🍗🍻

This closure will allow us to take care of some construction and spend time brewing more beer! 🍺

While we don’t have a reopening date just yet, there may be a few special-event weekends, we’ll be sure to share any updates as plans come together.
