We are absolutely blown away by the generosity of our community. 💙

Thanks to the incredible support of everyone who donated during the Sarnia Legion Branch 62 Catch the Ace food drive, we received an astounding 6,100+ lbs of food and $700 in monetary donations for our food bank!

At a time when food bank usage continues to rise and donations have become more challenging to secure, this support will make a meaningful difference for the individuals and families who rely on our services.

A special thank you goes out to Sarnia Legion Branch 62 for hosting the collection, and to every single person who brought in a food donation or made a financial contribution. Your kindness will help put food on tables throughout our community.

🌎💙 Today, The Inn of the Good Shepherd is proud to be participating in the YMCA’s “All Are Welcome Here” community event!

Representing The Inn today are Brayden, our Food Distribution Coordinator, and Jodi, our Client Services Lead, who are on-site connecting with community members, sharing information about our programs and services, and helping newcomers learn about the supports available right here in Sarnia-Lambton.

At The Inn, we believe everyone deserves access to food, shelter, support, and a sense of belonging. Events like this are a wonderful opportunity to build connections, celebrate diversity, and ensure that all members of our community know they are welcome and supported.
