Blueberry Halloween is probably one of our favorite holidays (just before Christmas !)
It is always the last Saturday in August, and our seasonals go ALL out for decorating! We do give prizes to best decorated site, best costume and best drink of the night !!!

Seasonal camper selling everything in a package!! This site is a head turner for anyone that walks by...
Trailer is a 2016 Catalina coachmen. It has one main bedroom and one spacious bathroom, middle kitchen and front living room space.

Attached they have 2 add ons (12x12 and 10x12)

Their package includes all furniture, (6) solar panels 1000 watts each , 3 batteries 700 Ah, 3000 watt inverter, 400 lb propane tank and starlink internet .

Shed is 8x10 and includes a shop vac, air compressor, generator, electric motor and chainsaw.

Pictures of everything included. Hoping to sell everything in a package asking for $40,000.

Buyers must have owners approval to continue camping on the seasonal lot. This lot is located in a quiet section with no young children (grandchildren visits always welcome 🤗).
