Timeless Rentals is a growing event and wedding rental company providing high-quality setups for weddings, corporate events, and private functions. We pride ourselves on professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering a seamless client experience.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our event crew. You’ll be responsible for delivering, setting up, and taking down event rentals such as backdrops, dance floors, and other decor, and equipment at various venues. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, decor, flexible hours, and being part of events behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload rental equipment safely and efficiently
• Transport items to and from event venues
• Set up event equipment
• Tear down and pack equipment after events
• Ensure setups meet company standards and client expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients onsite
Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Availability on evenings and weekends (peak event times)
• Valid driver’s license
• SUV or Truck
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and ability to follow setup instructions
Helpful Background:
• Experience in events
• Experience in moving and handling
