My Best Burgers EVER!!How to make the juiciest hamburgers:
use 1/3 ground pork and 2/3 lean hamburger.
add one Sleeve of crumbled saltine crackers
and two eggs
1/8-1/4( based on your preference & size of onion)of an onion finely grated
1/4 - 1/2 cup grated zucchini
1/4 cup of ketchup
liberally sprinkle Montreal steak spice.
Blend together lightly
Form into balls and flatten into patties that are slightly indented in center. ( for a more even cook)
Either put on bbq or pan fry.
