Van-Es Camp & Conference Centre Our Harmony Centre is ideal for your meeting and seminar needs. Our Morning Star Hall is well-equipped to host up to 175 people for day conferences.

The Van-Es Camp & Conference Centre is the perfect place to meet the needs of those organizing conferences, courses, retreats, workshops, reunions, birthday parties and weddings. The Van-Es Camp & Conference Centre has modern banquet facilities, conference and meeting rooms (with hi-speed Internet access), indoor swimming pool and hot tub, historic chapel, and wonderful grounds with miles of natur

e trails. We offer a number of menus for catered meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, even banquets. Our pool is great for aquafit classes and swimming lessons. And our chapel and grounds are an ideal place to hold your wedding. Located just 20 minutes southeast of Edmonton on South Cooking Lake, the Van-Es Camp and Conference Centre is located on 100 acres of secluded wooded land. Modern and rustic cabins for around 65 people are also available for overnight accommodation year-round. Spring is finally here, and things are starting to green up out at camp! 🌱

We've been hosting lots of family get-togethers and birthday parties lately, so we thought we'd share the details of our Pool Party Package for anyone looking for a space to host this season.

What's included? You get 4 hours at the Harmony Centre to hang out and eat, 1 hour of private pool time, and full access to our activities like ping-pong, floor hockey, beach volleyball, and the baseball diamonds.

Our Spring pricing is active until May 31st: $417 for weekdays and $521 for weekends.

We are very excited that the renovations are complete for our retreat centre. The furniture is arriving throughout the next few weeks so we will be prepared for guests by May 1st. We are now taking bookings for the retreat centre for any time after May 1st please reach out if you are interested in booking.

We also are doing a call for donations. We are about $4000 short of our fundraising goal to furnish the house. We are accepting monetary donations and items. We are looking for handmade quilts for the beds, a gas bbq, patio furniture, forest and nature themed art, and table lamps. If you have something you are interested in donating or want more details please contact us.
