⚠️Heads up⚠️ BC: Landslide on Trans-Canada Highway #1 Golden to Revelstoke for 142.8 km. Assessment in progress. Detour not available. Follow www.DriveBC.ca for updates.

BC: Landslide on Trans-Canada Highway #1 Golden to Revelstoke for 142.8 km. The closure was due to a landslide west of Skunk Cabbage Boardwalk in Mount Revelstoke National Park, just east of Revelstoke. Assessment in progress. Detour not available.
UPDATE 9 am: Highway OPEN with single-lane alternating traffic. EXPECT CONGESTION and delays. Full reopening by 10:30 am Pacific.
UPDATE 11 am: Highway #1 east of Revelstoke is reported fully open.
It was also reported that the water supply to some hotels on Revelstoke was affected by last night's rockslide.

The pool is officially open for the season! Parents and guardians are reminded those 14 and under require adult supervision. Clubhouse amenities are open from 8am-10pm daily unless otherwise posted.
