Our 2026-2027 season is opening for bookings!!! $2900.00 for the entire 12 month Season. We have Family sites and also quieter sites for the older generation.
We have added to our hundreds of healthy tree's on the property; an additional 71 elm tree's, 10,000 Caragana's for this falls seeding, and we are propagating Ash tree's, Maples and more towering Poplars for next springs planting. Each Lot has many towering poplar and a shade tree for you to start your planning. Once you are set up and have your yard the way you want it, you can add more tree's in the location that works.
We are carrying over our special price of $2900.00 for the year. (Oct. 2026-Sept. 2027) We are also offering an extra month of September 2026. So if you are coming off a Seasonal site somewhere , come and get set up with us and enjoy the fall and avoid the stress of next spring booking.
