We’ll be spending the next week cleaning up and getting everything ready to welcome our guests back! Still putting out a few hot spots but the rain helped a lot last night!!

A huge thank you to SkyCare Charters, who literally rescued us during the evacuation a week ago. You are amazing. And MNR for arriving so quick and setting up sprinklers which saved the resort.. we are still in awe of how we have so much greenery here! We are forever grateful!

We’re also incredibly thankful for our amazing staff, whose hard work and dedication have helped us every step of the way.

Thank you to everyone who reached out with support and messages and prayers over the past week. ❤️ We can’t wait to welcome you back to Guardian Eagle Resort soon! 🎣

We got this picture today. We are absolutely amazed that everything is still standing after the fires! All your prayers have been so appreciated. We know a Guardian Angel has been watching over this special place. We’re not out of the woods yet, as the fires are still burning around us, but today our hearts are full of gratitude and hope. Thank you all for your continued prayers. ❤️🙏🎣

This picture is taken from Miniss lake. Unfortunately, the smoke is still too thick for crews to safely get in and check on camp. Because of the conditions, the sprinklers haven’t been able to be refueled for the last 40 hours. We’ll share another update as soon as we have one.

A little glimpse of Guardian Eagle Resort from just a few days ago as they were preparing for the worst.

We are waiting for another update. Heavy smoke in the area may make it difficult for crews to safely check on the camp today, so we’re patiently waiting.

We do know the sprinkler systems are in place to help protect our buildings, and we’re holding onto hope that everything is still okay.

Thank you again for all of your messages, prayers, and support. It means more than we can say. As soon as we receive any new information, we’ll be sure to share it with you.

We’re hoping to be back on the water and making memories with all of you again soon. 🎣❤️🎣

We wanted to share a positive update with everyone.

We have received confirmation that all of our buildings at Guardian Eagle Resort are still standing. The sprinklers that they set up the last two days to help protect the camp has been successful so far and we are incredibly thankful.
The fire is still active all around camp so please keep praying!🙏🏻

Due to the forest fires surrounding Guardian Eagle Resort, we have been evacuated. Right now, it’s a waiting game, and like so many others affected, we’re hoping for the best while keeping everyone’s safety as the top priority.

Guardian Eagle Resort is more than just a fishing destination. It’s a place where friendships are made and friends and families create lifelong memories. We know this special place means so much to so many of you, and our hearts are with everyone who loves it as much as we do.

We’re incredibly grateful to the firefighters and emergency crews working endlessly to protect our communities and our forests. It’s unsafe for them to be there at this time. Please keep them, along with everyone impacted by these fires, in your thoughts and prayers.

Thank you to all of you who have reached out with your kind messages and support. It means more than you know. We’ll continue to share updates as we receive them. Until then, we’re holding onto hope and looking forward to the day we can welcome everyone back to Guardian Eagle Resort.
