The Little Blue House Sioux Lookout

The Little Blue House Sioux Lookout is a great place to stay when you’re coming to Sioux Lookout. It’s a fully detached, separate house with everything you need to stay comfortably. Most guests are people in town for work on a short term basis, yet more and more guests are people from out of town here in Sioux Lookout to visit friends and family. Located in town on a large double residential lot, one can easily walk to stores, schools, the hospital, and businesses in town.

Think of TLBH as a hotel suite, with everything. It has a full kitchen with large and small appliance, pots and pans, cutlery, with very nice appointments. There is one queen bed in the one bedroom. There is a fold out double bed in the couch on the front sun porch, yet that’s for the warmer months only. Some guests have had kids and I’ve added a couple of nice twin air mattresses with sheets and blankets so little ones can camp out in the living room.

There is a deck with a bbq, and a table and chairs for outdoor meals in the summer. There is a stacking full sized laundry unit in the bathroom, with all the supplies included. There is a 40” smart tv, with Bell ExpressVu that includes the HBO and a sports package. Wifi is unlimited.

TLBH is not a place to live long term, as it’s more of a place to stay short term. However, on occasion pilots, nursing students, and pharmacists on contract have stayed here and really liked it. Feel free to make an inquiry about how long you’ll be here and we can see if we can work out a longer yet short term rate. Let’s see if we can get to win-win with a great place to stay for your time in Sioux Lookout that doesn’t interfere with the corporate bookings.
