Kyah Resources Inc. and Silvicon Services Inc. are collecting resumes for upcoming employment and training opportunities for projects beginning soon in the Northern B.C. area (Smithers, Telkwa, and Telkwa Pass), including:

Available upcoming positions:
• Heavy equipment operators
• Labourers
• Lead Hand / Foreman
• Certified Fallers
• Certified Danger Tree Assessor
• Flaggers
• Advanced / OFA3
• Environmental Monitoring (through Silvicon)
• Cultural Monitoring (through Silvicon)

Job Details:
• Priority will be given to qualified Witset First Nation community members, Indigenous and local applicants.
• Training opportunities for close-to-qualified applicants.
• Work Schedule: 6 Days on, 1 Day Off. Long weekends off.
• There will be a required onboarding session of BC Hydro online tickets as well as online Resource Roads training prior to beginning work.

These positions offer exposure to meaningful construction work, growth potential, and opportunities to transition into longer-term roles within the ROGA Group, Kyah Resources, and Silvicon Services.

Exciting update from Kyah Food & Fuel Canco 152, we’ve been working hard on cleaning up all processes with operations within KFF.

Our next step….Chester’s Chicken!! Chicken preparation has been taking place over the last few weeks and we’ll be ready to serve Chester’s Chicken at 12:00pm today.
