The main floor has a private ground level entrance, three-piece bathroom with heated floors, kitchenette wit

h new live-edge Acacia wood countertops, dining space, couch, and uber comfortable Queen Murphy. A beautiful rebuilt Douglas Fir loft stairs gives access to the a large loft bedroom that sleeps an additional 4, in queen and double beds, with a comfortable reading and games area, offers spectacular ocean, sunrise and garden views. Cable TV, wifi, parking, Nespresso, and BBQ included. Breakfasts and Private Chef available. We invite clean, respectful, and considerate use of our property. Smoking, drugs and loud partying are not permitted anywhere on site.

Neighbourhood Description
Enjoy a rural setting with close proximity to both Nature, and Sooke town amenities (located 8km), and only minutes to several beaches. Nearby activities offer include beach combing, old growth forests and nature trails, charter fishing, horseback riding, whale watching, bike/ kayak/paddle boarding opportunities within minutes. Here, you may also enjoy the quietness of being away from a city, or the brilliance of the stars enhanced by the darkened night sky. Fall in love with the uniqueness of our area, as you watch the fog roll in over the water; hear the sound of the waves rolling, the voices of the Sea Lions; the smell of the fresh sea air, and excitement of spotting whales from the comforts of our front yard or the loft window.

Property and Guest Access:
Guests have access to parts of the yard that we call our 'Wildwood', a grassy section with mature alder and fir trees, blackberry bushes, wild bunnies, the occasional deer, a trampoline, and our favourite mossy rock that is home to a fire pit, and pergola, overlooking stunning ocean views, and surrounded by gardens. Enjoy hammocks, comfortable Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining under the wisteria. Guests also invited to enjoy the sitting area in the spacious front yard with garden and ocean views. Property access is for our paying guests only. (Smoking, drugs and loud partying are not permitted anywhere on site.)

Interaction with Guests:
We are happy to provide info about the area and suggestions for activities during your stay. We are social, love to host, love to share our knowledge of the area, and endeavour to create a welcoming experience for you; though we do enjoy our privacy and will also make sure to give your space and privacy.

Breakfasts, Curated Dining Experiences and Wood Fired Pizza Nights offered for additional cost (ask about our Closed Door Dining options). What makes us truly unique though is our hospitality and food culture, which we invite you in to our space to enjoy. As Food Enthusiasts we love preparing and sharing dishes that tantalize the taste buds. We offer a Closed Door Dining Experience for an additional fee, where we invite guests to join us for a culinary adventure in our outdoor dining space. This may be either dining with us, or enjoyed as a special curated Personal Chef experience for your group. Advanced reservations are required, and subject to scheduling availability.
