Hello, It’s been a while! 😅

What a summer am I right?!
Filled with sunsets, adventures, family & friends and the fires. The Notch Hill Nest made it through and we are so thankful and blessed to have our place and neighbourhood intact through one of the toughest summers for the Shuswap. So many peers, businesses and north shu neighbors were not so lucky. However they are strong and resilient. With the support of the community they will be back better than ever!

With all of that, the Notch Hill Nest will not be taking winter or spring reservations. We have someone who lost their home and belongings in the fire staying in the cabin until further notice. We hope to revisit vacation reservations for July 2024, however until that is closer we won’t have an exact timeline - keep your 👀 on updates!! ✨

We look forward to welcoming you back in the future and sharing with you all again soon. 💕

We are home!

We are still on an alert, but we are here! (still packed just incase.) Everything is as it was when we left 💕 Our neighbours, our community and our local responders/firefighters are who we have to thank for putting out spot fires, watering surrounding areas and keeping our small part of paradise intack in Notch Hill while chaos swept the Shuswap this past week.

Going forward we are closing the books for reservations for the remainder of 2023. We have opened the cabin to a small family who has lost their home in Scotch Creek and will be using the nest as their home away from home until further notice. We will update and address the 2024 rental season in April.

We thank all those who have stayed and those booked who didn’t get the chance and we had to cancel on. We hope to welcome you back, better and stronger in 2024!

At this time The Notch Hill Nest will be closed for all reservations due the wildfire circumstances. Unfortunately we are located in a current evacuation area and have left the area until safe to return.

When safe and confirmed that we have sustained no damages and are able to reopen we will be limiting reservations to locals who have lost their homes only. I will be in contact for deposit returns and formal booking cancellations in the next 24-48hrs.
