Weekend warriors! We are building a small staircase to improve access to the shoreline! It’s a hot day but a worthwhile project. It starts with a pick and shovel, some deck blocks and lots and lots of muscle power. 🥵☀️🪏⛏️💪

Just had a cancellation for the first 6 days of Celtic Colours October 9-14th! Our Airbnb features two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen and laundry facilities. Excellent home base for all of the festival events during the first week. And a spectacular sunset view to boot! Come stay with us!

Cruise ship season is here. Still plenty of availability in the fall which arguably is the best season here in Cape Breton. Book with us and enjoy watching the ships sail in and out.

Wonderful review from a guest who stayed with us yesterday. ❤️ We are mostly booked up for the summer with the exception of June 18-21, but still availability in the fall! October is a beautiful time to visit!

Our bucket collected $1027.00 over 3 days from the fry fans and along with our $500.00 donation = $1527.00

The biggest thank you going out to all of you who made this happen. The event organizers said, even though the night was canceled, Cape Bretoners showed up and made this year even more successful than last!!!!

Way to step up! This is who we are in our hearts as a community. Focus on the good and things will work themselves out .💙🙏
