This summer Red Bay Lodge is reinventing our restaurant. We want you to experience the same hearty, welcoming evening that overnight guests have enjoyed here for over 75 years.
The table is yours for the evening to enjoy the strum of live music, a stroll to the sunset before dessert, or a sโmore at the camp fire. No rush to flip your table but rather an invitation to linger, lounge, & laugh.

We are soft launching our menus slowly over the next two weeks towards a mid-July full open. Each menu & its story will be featured on social media & published. We will begin taking reservations shortly.

80% of our Tables are held for cabin guests until they confirm plans - releasing back to booking pool if confirmed otherwise. If you are staying at the lodge you are ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐๐ a table until you turn it down. Your lodge host will confirm your preferred seating time via SMS as you are Enroute.
Red Bay Club members receive same day alerts when tables release, along with special perks like breakfast buffet access. Members are given a 2 hour priority booking window before tables become bookable to the general public. Membership is free, but limited & local focused.
We anticipate between 5-10 tables per day being available with greater chances Sundays & Midweeks. Tables will open as late as 2 hours before dining. Payment is made when you confirm your reservation and no cheque or payment is required after your meal.

Our new direction involves developing our former indoor pool into a banquet facility, along with erecting new family cabins & facade improvements. Based on current scheduling we have a tentative date of Spring 2028 for hosting unforgettable Weddings in the Woods. Reach out for details if our timelines align!

After 5 seasons of operation we no longer believe that traditional made-to-order full service models can work in our remote, intensely seasonal & weather dependent location. We have experienced 5 to 6 figure losses per year with costs trending up & consumer spending tightening. Frankly, the ship was slowly sinking despite the party on deck.
In order to not compromise on food quality, guest experience & the caring workplace we can offer, a new direction & significant investment is needed now.
Off-seasons will feature food events, weddings, retreats & small group experiences with the ability to shrink down to bagged lunches and swell up to full scale event catering. As always, our full hot breakfast is offered with every stay.
In short, indoor seating in our historic dining room is a special reserved experience offered to up to 50 folks per evening.
Walk-up, takeout, and outdoor dining in 2027 will be welcoming hundreds more with the same quality meals youโve loved featuring a more sustainable service model. Give us a year folks!
