Twin Coves Cottages

Twin Coves Cottages Twin Coves is a lakeside family cottage property on Eagle Lake. Spring and Fall rentals are available

Our family story with Eagle Lake began in the early 1950’s when my grandparents rented Fay Boyd’s father’s cottage on Scarlett Road. Frank and Christine Speight fell in love with the natural environment and people of Machar and Eagle Lake. In 1953, the Speights purchased a lot and built the first log cabin. In 1969 my parents, Wayne, and Margaret Cunningham, built our second cottage on the family

property. When the property was transferred to my parents after my grandparents passing in the 1990’s, the family chose to use short term rentals to keep the property infrastructure were maintained. Lake conservation is important to us. And hopefully our guests at Twin Coves.
There is no safe soap for bathing in the lake. We have 2 showers for that…

Want take your shower to the lake and use your new biodegradable soap? First, find out if alternative soaps really are safe for the water.
