Our Story

Curating a boutique brand of pure Maple Syrup in Springhill, Ns. Our grades range between Golden, Amber and Dark. We also produce pure artisinal maple confections. Our highly sought after maple butter is whipped to a smooth and glistening state. Our maple cream has been touted for its rich, smooth and creamy texture. Our granulated maple sugar has a robust smell and taste. This sugar bush operation is off the grid on land that has been in the Hunter Family since the 1890’s. We welcome visitors to our camp where we enjoy giving tours of our state of the art boiling camp and a 120 year old building complete with sugaring antique relics. We love to share the process and our passion with the public. You can find our products for sale at the Truro Farmer’s Market every Saturday.
