Guests come by car, rv, bicycle, motorcycles and last night by side by sides! One of these gentlemen was celebrating a birthday so Sarah baked him a cake 🎂 We had a great night and wish them safe travels across Newfoundland!🥰

Life to us is just about being kind, giving and even sometimes to our guests a shoulder to cry on or vent to 🥰 We never expect anything in return but over this season many unexpected gifts have been received 😍 Thank you, thank you thank you! We are on track for one of our busiest seasons and cant thank all our guests and visitors to Made On The Rock Crafts & Gifts and Truce Sound Adventures enough for choosing us!

Our guests are always amazed at the history of this small town! We boast about everything from the first successful transatlantic cable landing here to the first peaceful meeting between the Beothuk and John Guy at Frenchman's Island. Now thanks to the dedication and hard work of the local Heritage Committee, a sign is finally in place to recognize this historical spot. Thank you for your dedication and keeping this important piece of history alive!

These 2 lovely young men showed up on our doorstep yesturday in the pouring rain on bicycles! One born in Hawaii and grew up in France and other from Chicago! Their plan... to bicycle the Eastern divide trail from St.johns Newfoundland to Key West Florida close to 6000 miles! This will take approximately 3 months! We wish them safe travels!

Round 2 of the Italian invasion🤣 First stay on Saturday then off to Woody Island and back to ours last night and what a time we had! Wishing them all safe travels and hope to see you again! 🇮🇹

Full b and b and full rv's over weekend 😁 Guests from Italy 🇮🇹, Ontario and whole bunch of Newfoundlanders! The Tesla car attracted alot of attention and owners were tempted to charge admission to some curious people🤣 A lovely couple from Kingston Ontario here for 4 nights were missing their dog so took ours for a walk at least 3 times a day! 🐕 🥰 Great time and hope to see you all again!

We definitely dont remember to take pictures with all our guests but every single one is special to us🥰 Now this lovely couple from Winnipeg booked last minute for 1 night.... 3 nights later they decided they better move on🤣 Shared some great conversations and their excitement over Newfoundland was heart warming! Pretty sure we might see them again one day😉
