Get ready for another shot at ONE MILLION DOLLARS.

The Million Dollar Par 3 Challenge returns to Lake Manitoba Resort on Friday, August 21, bringing back one of the most exciting tournament formats we’ve hosted.

Every hole is valued between $5,000 and $30,000 for a hole-in-one! This four-person scramble is open to golfers of all ages and skill levels.

The closest-to-the-pin winner on each of the 18 holes will win a prize and qualify for the chip-off. From there, the two closest players will earn the opportunity to step up and take a shot at $1,000,000.

Our first event filled quickly, and there are only a limited number of team spots available for August 21st. We also have a limited number of hole sponsorship opportunities remaining for businesses looking to be part of the event, promote their company and enjoy a great day of golf at Lake Manitoba Resort.

We have another Hole-in-One Challenge winner at Lake Manitoba Resort!

Last week, Bo Deforest stepped up to the Lake Manitoba Resort Hole-in-One Challenge, hit the perfect shot, and walked away with an incredible $9,500 cash prize. It was the moment everyone has been waiting for, and Bo delivered with one swing.

Yesterday’s Sr. Men’s Open was an outstanding day at Lake Manitoba Resort.

Great golf, great weather, a full course, and the kind of tournament atmosphere we love seeing out here. A huge thank you to everyone who played, supported, sponsored, and helped make the day such a success. We also want to thank our LMR staff for the work that went into preparing the course, serving our guests, and keeping the day running smoothly. These events do not happen without a strong team behind the scenes.

And we are just getting started.

Last year, nobody claimed the million. This year, another two players will get the chance to step up and take a shot at $1,000,000.

Father’s Day Week has started at Lake Manitoba Resort!

We’re bringing back Steak Night this Friday, and we’re doing it properly. This week’s feature is an 8 oz tenderloin for $55, with salmon also available. It’s a great excuse to get out to the resort, enjoy a proper Friday night meal, and kick off Father’s Day weekend the right way.

Sunday is all about Dad, with Father’s Day Brunch starting at 9:00 AM. Bring him out for brunch, get a round in, stop by the Pro Shop, and make a full day of it at LMR.

The course has dried up significantly after last week’s rain and is in great shape heading into the weekend. Golf is rolling, the restaurant is ready, and the Pro Shop is also running a huge Father’s Day Week Sale with 30% off men’s apparel and 20% off all clubs and bags. If Dad has been talking about a new bag, a club upgrade, or fresh gear for the season, this is the week to take advantage.

Reservations are preferred for both Friday Steak Night and Sunday Father’s Day Brunch so we can make sure your table is ready.

Tournament season is officially here at Lake Manitoba Resort, and we’re starting with our 3rd annual Senior Men’s 2 Man Scramble, proudly sponsored by Eugene Rioux owner of St. Laurent Home Hardware Building Centre. This is the first major tournament of the season and one that always brings out a great field. With over $10,000 in prizes, strong competition, great food, and the kind of tournament atmosphere LMR is becoming known for, this is the perfect way to get the season rolling.

Lake Manitoba Resort has built a reputation for exciting golf events that feel bigger than a regular tournament day.
