Please note that our office will have reduced hours from August 22 to September 1. This will allow some of our hardworking staff to enjoy well-deserved vacation time before our busy fall retreat season begins.

The office will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on August 25, 26 and 28.

On all other days, please see our Maintenance Team between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. if you require assistance.

📣 We’re hiring at Stayner Camp!

Two exciting part-time opportunities are currently available:

🌲 Part-Time Office Administrator
Help keep our camp office running smoothly while welcoming guests and supporting reservations, communications, hospitality, and daily operations. Approximately 6–12 hours per week from May to October.

☀️ Family Camp Programming Director
Bring Family Camp 2027 to life! Lead the planning and coordination of speakers, worship, special events, and programming for children, youth, adults, and seniors. This role includes flexible planning hours followed by full-time, on-site leadership from July 24–August 8, 2027.

We’re looking for dependable, creative, and organized followers of Christ who are excited to help create meaningful, Christ-centred experiences at Stayner Camp.

With deep gratitude, we recently celebrated the faithful service of two very special members of the Stayner Camp family: Tim Loveday and Marie Bezeau.

For 20 years, Tim served as our Family Camp Director, leading with passion, wisdom, and a deep love for this ministry. Marie faithfully served for 10 years as our Family Camp Registrar, supporting guests and staff with warmth, care, and countless hours of behind-the-scenes work.

To honour their contributions, we planted two fruit trees in Stayner Camp’s south field. These trees are a reminder that the fruit of faithful service is not always seen immediately—it continues to grow and blossom for years to come.

Tim and Marie, thank you for the lasting impact you have made on Stayner Camp and on the many lives touched through Family Camp. As you follow God’s calling into new areas of ministry, we pray that He will bless and guide you in all that lies ahead.

While this marks the end of an important chapter, it is not the end of Family Camp. We remain excited about its future and look forward to seeing how this ministry will continue to grow, develop, and bear fruit.
