March is here, and so is our new Wine Pairing Menu. 🍷
This month’s menu is built around the sea — so we led with the Laughing Stock Pinot Gris 2023 from Canada, a white wine that was made for dishes like these. But by popular demand, the Murphy Goode Pinot Noir 2020 from California is staying on the list too. Red wine lovers, we see you.

🐟 Sablefish — Broiled miso sablefish, roasted Japanese sweet potato, bok choy, edamame, shimeji mushroom, puffed rice cracker & shoyu dashi
🫐 Arctic Char — Double smoked bacon, cauliflower two ways, acorn squash, du puy lentils, chive & buttermilk
