Step back in time at one of Nova Scotia’s hidden gems and experience our railway heritage brought back to life with accommodations, dining, shopping & entertainment all in one historic location. Our unique accommodations are vintage Canadian-built cabooses & boxcars, authentic on the outside, redesigned and developed into private deluxe suites on the inside with reflections of their railway past throughout. Our guests can also enjoy local craft beers & meads from our Baggage Room Bar and live music nights on our railway platform. During your visit, our 565 foot & 400-ton train remains a dominating sight to see within the village of Tatamagouche as you experience our property or stroll along the old rail bed (now the Trans Canada Trail) that meanders alongside our not so forgotten railyard.

That's a wrap on our summer 2026 Music Nights on the Platform!
The Train Station Inn would like to send a huge thank you to every guest and community member who joined us over the last few months. Your energy, dancing, and support made it all worthwhile. We are truly grateful for our amazing community and your support of local live music.
We also want to extend a special thank you to all the talented musicians who played for us this season.
