π Woodland Hideaway Campsite Rules
β π Please keep the front gate closed and locked at all times. The code for the lock will be given upon booking.
β β°οΈ Check-In 2:00PM / Check-Out 12:00PM
Late check-outs may interfere with incoming guests, so please plan accordingly.
β π₯ Fires are only permitted in designated fire pits. Never leave a fire unattended and make sure itβs completely out before leaving or sleeping. Follow all local fire bans when in effect.
β π» We have bears and other wildlife visiting the area regularly so we operate a strict "Leave No Trace" policy. No trash or garbage to be left on site... If you pack it in, take it out.
β π¦ Do not feed or approach wildlife. Keep all your food in bear safe containers and away from your tent. In a locked car or in a bear hang is best. No food or smelly items to be left out unattended for any period. Bear spray recommended!!
β πΊ Please do not bring glass bottles and jars to the site, it is very hard to clean after any accidents which can be a hazard to other campers.
β βΊοΈ If using the bell tent in The Oak Tree, please leave the tent tidy and free of debris/dirt on the floor. Brush and pan will be provided.
β π Cars can be parked at your tent site but do not block the roadway. If you can, park near the front gate after you unpack and set up your camping spot.
β πΆ No loud music or noise between 10:00 PM β 8:00 AM. Please respect quiet hours to ensure everyone can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. No loud music, shouting, or generators during this time.
β π» BYOB is fine at your own site. Please drink responsibly and be mindful of other guests. Cannabis use must follow Manitoba laws and should be discreet and respectful.
β π§ Children must be supervised at all times. While we love the freedom of nature, safety always comes first.
β πΎ Pets are welcome! Please keep them leashed and under control at all times. Clean up after them and be respectful of other campers and animals.
β π² Stay on established trails and paths. Do not cut trees, dig fire pits, or disturb natural features. This is shared land β letβs protect it together.
β π¨ If thereβs an emergency, contact the site hosts immediately or dial 911. Be aware that cell service may be limited in the area.
