Dear clients, I just have to address some things to remember in the future. If you receive a quote from me and you don’t replay, the order will be considered not booked. No confirmation - No booking.

To hold your date a 50% deposit needs to be paid on the day you booked. If not this can result on someone else book in for the date. I unfortunately lost too many other bookings due to customer claiming they want to proceed but will pay the 50% later in the week and end up cancelling the order and then I lost not one, but 2 bookings due to not taking another clients booking for that date. This goes for all baking, balloon setups, and rentals.

Thank you for understanding. Have a great day!🎂
