Located on the Harbour in the center of Tobermory, we have many shops and restaurants near our property, including our very own Beaver Tails outlet. Although some of Ontario’s provincial parks are opening for day-use today, Parks Canada would like to remind you that Bruce Peninsula National Park and Fathom Five National Marine Park remain closed until at least May 31. All visitor services and facilities, including trails, campgrounds, parking lots, day-use areas and roads within these national parks are closed.

Harbourside Motel - Response to COVID-19

The Harbourside Motel opening date for the season has been delayed until May 29th, 2020 or until the MS Chi-Cheemaun ferry operations begin. The decision to delay the opening of the motel until May 29th, 2020 is based on the most recent guidance related to COVID-19.

We are closely monitoring the World Heath Organization and local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidance of government and public health officials.

We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities. During this time, we will be taking more preventative measures to keep our customers and staff members safe. We will comply with all World Health Organization hygiene and cleaning recommendations and take every precaution possible to serve you safely.

For the time being, all changes and cancellations to your reservations will not be subject to any fees or penalties.

We recognize that these are difficult times and we want you to know that your safety and well being is our first priority.
