The family took a detour last week for some non stop interior still-water action. Lots of first time fish, campfires and sunburns! Memories to form for a lifetime. Come on out and support our local Clayoquot Salmon on May 11, 2019. This will be our 6th annual Boat to Tail Gate Salmon Fundraising Event in participation with Central Westcoast Forest Society, the Trilogy Fishing Charter Fleet, and the Shelter Restaurant supporting salmon conservation initiatives in the Tofino area. For two weeks prior, local sport and recreational fishermen catch a bounty of seafood from Dungeness crab, to fresh halibut, and of course - wild salmon. Chefs from , and join forces to create a delicious seafood buffet cooked on the dock
All event proceeds support wild Pacific salmon recovery efforts in Clayoquot Sound. Proceeds are divided between CWFS, Tofino Salmon Enhancement Society, and Wild Salmon Fund.

Some of our holiday guests visiting from Calgary got out in between some epic West Coast storms in Tofino this holiday season!

A nice weather window presented itself in between some epic West Coast storms in Tofino this past week with some nice winter chinook salmon biting, spot prawns and dungeoness crabs. Regular guests of ours visiting from Calgary decided to try out our unique winter charter this holiday season.
