We whipped up this cute little bag for all the goth beach babies out there and some special pompom charms too! Come see us today from 11 am - 5 pm at Ground Control, 1279 Queen Street West. Admission is free and there are 35 fabulous artisans there today!

It’s that time of year when we can spy the spectacular Lake Huron sunsets through our vintage paned living room window and they reflect beautiful sunlight patterns onto our whitewashed fireplace.
We’re enjoying hosting all of the lovely guests this spring that have chosen to stay at surfhütte and are so happy to share our special space with them.

There are lots of things to do in and around Southampton this winter, from skating or hiking at MacGregor Point to the new textile arts exhibition at the Bruce County Museum. Or stay in by the fire and listen to records, do a puzzle from our collection or watch movies! We’ve got you covered.

This is our Surf Betty beach cover-up. But she’s so much more than that and could be worn over jeans or a slip dress, dressed up with jewellery, and taken out on the town! We’ve been busy getting ready for our very first pop-up this coming Saturday! We are in love with our bamboo handle clutch bags, vintage beach towel beach bags and our swimsuit coverup that you can wear out to dinner after a day by the beach or pool. We’ve nicknamed her Mrs. Roper in homage to Helen Roper’s colourful kaftans on that show we all watched after school in reruns (we’re showing our age here!).
