A little surreal to say this… after 25 years in this industry, I’ll be speaking at the Global Congress on Smart Preparation on any budget.

What started as a one woman business has grown into something I never could have imagined, over 10,000 homes prepared, an incredible team, amazing clients, and so many lessons learned along the way.

One thing I’ve always believed is that preparation matters. No matter the budget, big or small, it requires strategy, intention, and smart decisions that can completely change the outcome. Knowing how to evoke the right emotional response from buyers is key to achieving your target price. Don’t leave that to chance.
