Today, I re-open my business. It was a pleasant and busy day, although quite challenging: I will have to be a Travel Agent, an Adviser; etc., etc., and a cleaning lady. I was authorized to open in a safe manner, and of course, this includes cleaning and disinfect after each client, including washrooms. Clients must wear a mask and only one at the time. I would prefer that you book an appointment, whenever possible, please. As we said: we will fly again. My first client of the day booked his and her flight for July 1. I used the voucher and worked beautifully. My hours until the rest of the month will be from 10 am to 5pm and no saturdays. Just as a precaution. Thank you to all for your continuous support and trust.

In this context, we must accept that a resumption of flight operations prior to this date is not feasible.Given this situation beyond our control, we’re sorry that the travel plans of some of your clients cannot come to fruition. Since they have a trip planned with Air Transat in June, they will receive a credit for the value of the amount received on file, which can be used within 24 months of their original return date. This credit will automatically be applied to their file, so you don’t need to contact us to request it.The file may be processed in several steps: for instance, one passenger at a time, or your seat selection (if applicable) in a second step. But rest assured that the full amount of your booking will be credited.
