Refund Policy:
· Should the Province decide to shut down rentals within that time; and, up until
the time of your arrival - then the amount will be fully refundable.
· 100% refund if you cancel at least 60days before check-in. 50% Refund if you
cancel at least 30 days before check-in; and, No refund if you cancel less than
30days before check-in (unless we’re able to find a replacement booking).
The cottages are well equipped with your pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. All that we ask is that you bring bottled water for drinking ( water sourced from the lake and passes through a UV system - so okay to bathe, brush teeth and cook).
We'll provide light summer duvets and pillows - you need to bring your sheets and towels
We'll supply the propane for your BBQ, TP, hand and dish soap.
The pool is shared by all cottagers and the Big House. All the watercrafts ( 2 paddle boards, a kayak, a paddle boat and a couple row boats -if you want to get some fishing done) are available for your use on a first come first serve basis.

The cottages are located right on shores of beautiful Smith's Bay. These rustic (simple, clean & comfortable) 2 & 3 bedroom cottages are on a 5 acres treed lot overlooking the beautiful Waupoos area. We are just a short 20 minutes drive from spectacular Sandbanks Provincial Park - close to vineyar....
