Hello you all!! 👋🏻

🔹 I moved to Canada in 2014 but I will be always proud Czech with my accent
🔸 Drinking coffee is my favorite way to start the day
🔹 I am very positive person and believes in NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE but I can be also very grumpy
🔸 I am lucky how many good friends and LOVE I have around
🔹 I am a morning person and I love friday’s
🔸 I am still learning more about myself every day
🔹 I am obsessed with freshly baked goods and great coffee
🔸 I am trying to with less but the best
🔹 I love shopping at thrift stores
🔸 My life can’t exist without plants, nail polish, lip balm, lemon and camera
🔹 I didn’t cut my hair over a year and I my hair is starting to turn grey
🔸 I wasn’t able to visit my loved ones in Czech for 4 years now
🔹 I am still learning how to be consistent in any way of my life
🔸 It’s kind of weird to say but 2020 and 2021 are my favorite year’s

🇨🇿 | 🇨🇦 Šest let mého života | Six years of my life - read below! 👇🏻⠀

🇨🇿 Byť jsme plánovali Ameriku, nakonec z toho vyšla Kanada. „Získáme zkušenosti, naučíme se jazyk a poznáme kus světa,“ hecovali jsme se navzájem s kamarády (Katkou a Davidem - kteří tu stále jsou také). Je to sice už šest let, ale já se vidím jako dnes, jak stojím v Praze na letišti s jedním kufrem a příručním zavazadlem. Neuměla jsem anglicky, se slzami v očích, obavy z toho, co bude, před sebou žádnou jistotou, jen zaplacený hotel na čtrnáct dní, ale v očích dálky, co mě lákaly dál. A já si rychle zvykala i díky jazykové škole. Škola mě naučila nejen jazyk, ale získala jsem v ní hodně kamarádů z různých koutů světa a zažívala jsem krásný studentský život. Zároveň jsem ale musela být sama k sobě zodpovědná, vydělat si peníze na nájem a na jídlo. Život je v Kanadě je rozhodně odlišný od toho v Čechách. Záleží ovšem jen na tobě jakou cestu si zvolíš. Za šest let života jsem přišla o strašně moc věcí, ale na druhou stranu jsem byla obohacena novými zkušenostmi, navštívila neskutečná místa a poznala hodně nových českých a mezinárodních kamarádů, kterých si neskutečně vážím. Jedu dál! ⠀

🇨🇦 Even though we planned to move to the US, we’ve ended up in Canada. "We will gain experience, learn the language, and explore the world," we said to each other (Katka a David - who are still here as well). It's been six years but I can still see it as if it was today - us, at the Prague airport, with only one suitcase and a hand luggage. I did not speak English, had tears in my eyes, worried about what was about to happen, no security, just a hotel booked for two weeks… But the “far far away” on my mind, that dragged me over the ocean. And I quickly adapted to the new life, very much thanks to the language school I’d started attending. The school taught me not only the language but also gave me a many friends from different parts of the world and I enjoyed a beautiful student life. At the same time, however, I had to be responsible for myself, making money to pay the rent and food. Life in Canada is definitely different from the one we had in Czech Republic. But YOU are always in charge when @ Toronto, C•a•n•a•d•a

📸 Raspberry season is over and I’m truly happy that I went raspberry picking at Downey’s farm this year.

There’s something fun and special about picking your own fruit. It would be so boring to just eat those.

I learned how to properly freeze them until I’ll came up with some fun recipes. Any idea?

📸 Let me tell you a story about my journey to become a better photographer - 👇🏻

Most of my photos were taken on auto mode. I wasn't patient enough to set up my camera properly or had no energy to watch YouTube videos on how to do it.

During the quarantine, thanks to my boyfriend who is also into photography, I started... How to capture in manual mode and I still have a long way to go. These pictures are one of the first ones I am proud of.

Jak si užíváte léta a dovolených? U nás se léto letos moc nepředvedlo, ale i přesto jsem využila dlouhého víkedu s mezinárodními kamarády a vyrazili jsme do národního parku 4 hodiny z Toronta. Jelikož Kanada slaví tento rok 150 narozeniny, tak jsou vstupy zdarma. Děkuji Kanado. ..........
How do you enjoy your summer and holiday? This summer is not that good as last year but after all we decided to go for a long weekend to Tobermory with international friends which is 4 hours away from Toronto. Since Canada is celebrating 150 birthdays this year, all national parks are without any admissions. Thank you Canada.
