Hi! I wanted to take a moment and do an introduction and some shout outs!
We are the owners of Black Diamond’s newest shoppe, THE MARKET!
I am Shelby, my husband Adam and our daughter Adaline!

We had an opportunity to open up a store and jump on a passion of mine, Charcuterie Boards! I’m a lover of grazing over big meals and who doesn’t love a good cheese!

So I put together a small menu of some of our favorite snacks we enjoy eating, along with charcuterie boards and of course a variety of salamis/hams and cheese! Then BAM 💥 The Market arrived for everyone else to enjoy too.

We wanted a space for everyone to feel comfortable, so that’s what we created.
With the dim lighting, wood features, neutral colours and everything in between.

We feel it is the perfect space to pop in and chow on a sandwich on your short lunch break. Come for date night. Family outing while the kids have juice boxes and parents have wine. Yes. You read that right. We are FULLY LICENSED too!

We hope you come by The Market and enjoy your time there as much as we do.
Introduce yourself as we love meeting new people, we may not remember all names but we will do our best!

The Turner Valley Gas Plant is opening to the public again this summer season. The site will be open for weekends, Saturday and Sunday, from 10 am – 5 pm and for occasional special pre-booked tours.

Opening date is set for today, Saturday May 21st!
