Being the owner and host of a vacation rental, I set a few key rules for myself. Firstly, include items in the rental that I would also have or want in my own home. Guests want quality. Secondly, listen to guests and if they suggest something, do it if possible. Thinking we pretty much had everything, past guests asked for a large pot to cook lobster and crab but we didn’t have one. Well we have one now! Our guests can now enjoy freshly cooked seafood.
