Skipper Tom’s Vacation Home Skipper Tom’s is a two bedroom Saltbox style home with a great ocean views facing west in Twilling This property was built by my Grandfather Tom in 1914.

It has been completely renovated and upgraded in 2013. He worked for sometime as a Skipper on schooners fishing off the Labrador. Hence the name “Skipper Tom’s”

Skipper Tom’s is a 2 Bedroom Saltbox style home with a great ocean views facing west. Each bedroom has a Queen bed, HDTV and private en suite. The house has a fully functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances, laundry facilities, a

dining area and living room Other amenities include WiFi, HDTV, BBQ, off street parking and a wrap around deck. Located on the property is an operating root cellar and a shed built in mid 1800’s.

The density of root cellars at Twillingate is a reflection of a vibrant community where livelihoods depended on getting the most from the land and sea to survive. For more than 200 years root cellars have allowed settlers to maintain this lifestyle. Few are in use today but those that are show continued traditions passed from one family member to another.

KICK OFF TO SUMMER 2024 EVENT 😎☀️🍺🎸

At Stage Head Pub, we are so fortunate to have a number of artists take our stage regularly throughout our summer seasons. For this event, we just couldn’t decide on who to ask, sooo we asked not just one of these stellar artists but FOUR of them to perform; and we lucked out, because they all said ABSOLUTELY! 🙌🏼

For the first time EVER, Matthew Stuckless, Mike Jenkins, and Stephen and Wallace Pelley will be joining the stage TOGETHER for an epic show. Details: ⬇️
