for booking inquiries. Our villas are purposefully designed for a relaxing getaway for couples, solo travelers, writers, artists, and those who need to recharge. It's a space to unwind, put your feet up, and enjoy some quiet
luxury. Our location is close to Prince Edward County and all of its amazing tourism experiences: walking trails, wineries, artisan shops, spas, breweries, live music venues, farm to table cuisine, poolside passes, golf courses, the beach, and so much more. Having easy access to PEC, you can spend your days enjoying everything our area has to offer and then return to your little spa like villa for a cozy evening of fireside chats with a beautiful view. Sunrise Villa | Sunset Villa:
Our villas are the same except the Sunrise Villa has a king size bed, a walk in shower and an extra tub area. The Sunset Villa has a queen size bed and a walk in shower.
- both villas have a private firepit area with a propane firepit to use, their own deck and dock. We have kayaks and Corn Hole
- both villas have a wet bar with a mini fridge, coffee/tea station featuring locally roasted beans, toaster, microwave... great for snacks and all "non cooking" meals.
- AC, high speed internet, smart TV, heated bathroom floors...
We also supply beautiful Telford soaps and hair care products, a hair dryer, a steam iron and stand. We have playing cards and a few other indoor games as well. Our villas are beside a beautiful meadow of long grasses and wild flowers. We book all 4 seasons and are excited for Wander's brand new Nordic Spa (opened Jan 18, 2025) a perfect day pass to pair with your stay here, only 25 min away.
- we have a 2 night minimum for renting, a one time cleaning fee of 50$, and NO TAX (sometimes we make exceptions for a 1 nighter IF we can)
- both villas have a max 2 person capacity and ALL guests must be age 21 and up
- no pets
- not a party/hosting space
- no smoking/vaping inside villas
- free parking on site
