Check out our latest apartment to host guests. Located in the heart of Coal Harbour just 5 minutes north to the scenic seawall connecting to Stanley Park to the west. A short walk further to the Vancouver Convention Center, Harbour, sea taxis. head south or east and within minutes you have shopping and dining on Alberni, Robson, Burrard and Granville streets. Inside, it's minimalist but loaded with essentials like a Kuerig coffee machine and multiple chargers for all your devices. It even had a terrace overlooking the city streets. Can't wait to deck out the patio (Decking and patio furniture is sitting in storage locker until the next guest checks out ;D)

Our condo is in an up and coming, trendy neighbourhood in mount pleasant near Main street and Broadway. Loads of trendy shops, cafe's, restaurants and bars with a strong sense of community in the building and surrounding area. 5-min drive from downtown with 1 secured underground parking stall is included. Right off a bike lane, rentals available nearby. Easy to reach downtown by bus and train. A queen-sized bed adorns the bedroom and a double-sized sofa bed is available for the living room.

Modern, new with an urban bohemian feel. A mix of new and gently used for furniture but mostly new. There is a generously sized patio (for a condo) with an unobstructed view south of mount pleasant. Planning to add more plants and possibly a bbq later this month.
